From the medieval times to modern times cluster rings are an ageless design. Setting a group of colourful stones together on a ring is always eye catching as they sparkle and reflect the light.

In this fun one day workshop you will learn how to make a lovely textured ring band and then create a complex bezel setting combining several stones together. All the stones will be fired in place with the ring. Choose your own colour combination and go home wearing your stunning sparkly ring. We will make our rings using the new Art Clay Silver 950, an enriched sterling silver clay which is 60% stronger than Art Clay Silver 999.

In this workshop you will learn :-

How to make a ring with a strong seamless joins

How to get a perfect texture around a ring band

How to set stones

How to make a complex bezel settings for seven stones

How to finish work to a high standard with rounded smooth edges

Use of additional tools and equipment, 25g of Art Clay Silver 950 and a set of fireable stones are included in the class fee.  A light lunch and refreshments will also be provided.
