Wissmach 96 - Luminescent Transparent

Suitable for both fused and stained-glass projects, this 3mm coloured glass is transparent giving good light transmission.  Its smooth surface has a luminescent coating giving it a shimmering metallic/oil on water effect.

Wissmach take special care to avoid devitrification and all their glass is tested to fire with any other glass that is labelled COE 96 compatible.

Sizes are approximate. Not compatible with Bullseye 90COE products

Note:  Different results are achievable with different firing methods.  Fire coated side face down to retain the luminescent coating, fire coated side up, no higher than 775°C and the luminescence will fade to a more delicate sheen. Cap with clear, the luminescent coat will fade to nothing.
