Stained glass artists can use the wire to make hanging hoops for their work or create textural detail.

Those working with fusible glass can do the same but also include this as a metal inclusion between layers of their glass. Please note that colour reactions can happen (a red hue), which can be very pretty but a bubble squeeze will also need to be included within the firing program to allow the gas to escape between the layers of glass that metal releases.
