Full Face Mask with Didiymium Gold Coating

A full-face, Didymium Gold coated mask with an adjustable headband and pivoting visor. Suitable for use whilst glassblowing, beadmaking, combing, kiln observation etc.

Sodium flare and UV are emitted by soft glass when it is heated.  Working with Borosilicate glass, or during kiln observation, you will additionally be exposed to IR (infrared). 

This mask combines a Didymium coating which protects your eyes from the harmful UV rays and sodium flare, with a Gold coating which reflects IR, giving the most effective protection for hot glass workers.
