Upright Wet Belt Grinder / Linisher - 2700mm Belt

This newly re-designed sander gives you the option to completely remove the roller bar assembly for direct access to the belt along with the ability to remove the upper guard to expose an additional 30cm of belt above the working area for those working with larger pieces, or who like to work on the belt without the roller platen behind it.  It also has a tension lock for mounting and unmounting belts "hands free".

Other features include:

·         solenoid activated twin water spray for ample water delivery to the belt

·         enamel coated exterior for corrosion resistance

·         heavy-duty water bucket for longevity with extended water tray to prevent overspray onto the floor

·         pressure-moulded urethane Roller Platen for longer wear life, easy grinding contact and reduced belt wear

·         standard hook-up of 1/8 inch NPT water valve

·         adjustable splash guard on the front for added safety

·         works with standard 2700x100mm belts (from diamond to cerium impregnated – available separately)

The water bucket also has a small sacrificial anode that will slowly corrode over time instead of your water bucket corroding. An optional upgrade to a stainless-steel bucket is available (see second image)
