Bullseye billets are an ideal choice for casting, particularly if you are concerned about the safety issues in working with lead crystal.  They are also significantly lighter than lead crystal and may be more economical to use. In comparing costs, remember that full lead crystal glasses weigh as much as 45% more. The specific gravity of Bullseye glass is about 2.5.

Billet size and weight varies but is estimated at 1.6 kg and 12.7 x 25.4 x 1.9cm thick
